About

DGI-Byen is located in downtown Copenhagen. It is a multifunctional house for sports, culture, and the business community, with meeting and conference facilities, cafes, restaurants, assembly rooms and a hotel.

DGI-Byen also includes “Vandkulturhuset” a luxurious pool, with a circular swimming lane, a climbing wall over water, spa baths with bubbles and sections for babies and the elderly. It has modern sports facilities and bowling arena.

DGI-Byen was the centre of events for the Eurogames in 2003, and for many participants it will represent a warm welcome back to a place filled with great memories. DGI-Byen also hosts Nordic Open which is an annual same-sex dancing event.
