There will be played in three divisions:
- Competitive
- Recreational
- Women
Men are allowed to participate in the Competitive and Recreational groups, while women are allowed to participate in all three groups.
Teams will be seeded according to the FINA rules.
There will be a preliminary and a final round, and each participant will play a minimum of 4 matches.
A team must have a minimum of seven and a maximum of nineteen players.
If individuals are unable to form or find a team and still wish to register, they may register as an individual looking for a team. Wherever possible, these individuals will be placed in a team. There will be no guarantee that all individuals looking for a team will be placed in teams.
