Rowing

The rules of the International Federation of Rowing Associations (FISA) will be used with the following modifications:

- All races are 1000 meters.
- The regatta organisers reserve the right to combine races, change the racing programme and seed crews.
- Allocation of lanes are drawn by umpires.
- Preliminaries and finals in races with more than 6 entries. No repêchages.
- Master races will only be conducted individually if there are more than 4 entries. Otherwise races will be collective, and participants will race against each other across age and
boat categories based on DFfR handicap rules.
- The crews start on the starting umpire’s countdown. A false start will result in a penalty or even a disqualification.
- Medals will be given separately for each boat category even though the races are combined.
- Umpires and judges are all from the national Danish Rowing Federation.
- Uniform clothing of competitors, but not painting of oar-blades.
- The events are combined with kayak races.
