Please select “Register as a new user” and create your user account by submitting your user name (email address) and a password of your choice.

You will be directed to the registration page upon submitting your details. You will also receive an email containing your log in details.

Existing user?
|
Log in using your email as username and enter password. You will then be directed to the registration page. You can log in at any time until closing of registration 30 April 2009.
|

If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your email address and have your password sent to you.
|

| Enter your personal data: |
Please select “Input/Change Personal data” and enter your personal data. Data marked with a * have to be submitted.
|
|
Except for your name (first and family), age and gender, you will be able to change your personal data until the day accreditation starts.
|
|
Step 3 |
Register for sport, culture, conference or as a visitor:
|
You can choose to register for Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames in a sport, for a cultural package, or for the conference or you can chose to register as a visitor.
In addition you can chose to register for tourist packages or book a hotel via the Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames registration.
|
|
You can register for an unlimited number of sports and cultural packages, but it is your responsibility to make sure that your registered events do not collide.
|
|
You will receive a discount on further registrations once you have registered for either the conference, a sport or a cultural package. Please also refer to our Registration Policy.
|
Registration for a sport:
|
There are 38 sports offered at Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames. We offer individual sports, individual sports with partners or teams and team sports.
|
|
Registration for a sport requires you to choose the sport, discipline, role, level, age group etc. Some sports also require you to fill in additional personal information regarding your performance or your equipment.
|
|
Most sports also require you to provide information on whether you are a member of a sports club/sports team. In some sports you are not allowed to register, if you are not a member of a sports club/sports team.
|
|
During registration for team sports or individual sports with partners or teams you will have to register or join a double/couple/pair/team. When you register a double/couple/pair/team you can send out emails to those you want to join your double/couple/pair/team. They can use this information to join your double/couple/pair/team.
|
|
You can also join the open list if you have no partner as of yet. You will always be able to change your choice of double/couple/pair/team later by logging in to your registration.
|
|
Once you have registered for a sport, it shows on your registration summary. Until you have completed payment, you can delete your registration for a particular sport.
|
|
After you have paid you will be able to log in to your registration and change your personal choices (level, team etc.) until close of registration on 30 April 2009.
|
| Registration for a cultural package: |
Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames offers four different cultural packages: Queer Tango Festival, Out Choir Festival, Out Film Master-Class and Out in Leather.
|
|
Registration for a cultural package requires you to choose the cultural package and your role (participant). If you register for the Out Choir Festival you can also choose the role of conductor. In some cultural packages you will have to provide additional information regarding your participation.
|
|
Once you have registered for a cultural package, it shows on your registration summary. Until you have completed payment, you can delete your registration for a particular cultural package.
|
|
After you have paid you will be able to log in your registration and change your personal choices until close of registration on 30 April 2009.
|
|
Registration for the conference:
|
Registration for the conference requires you to choose the conference. Once you have registered for the conference, it shows on your registration summary.
|
|
Until you have completed payment, you can delete your conference registration. After you have paid you will be able to log in to your registration and change your personal choices until close of registration 30 April 2009.
|
|
If registering for the conference before 1 October 2008, we suggest that you take a look at our call for workshop proposals for the conference. We welcome all workshop proposals.
|
|
From February 2009 you will be asked to choose up to six workshops when you register. Those who have registered for the conference earlier, will be able to log in and make this choice.
|

Step 4 |
Payment:
|
You must proceed to the online payment process, choose a payment method and settle your account (any balance due) within 4 hours of your registration. After 4 hours any registration where the account is not settled will be deleted.
|
|
You will be asked to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames before continuing.
|
|
You can choose to pay online via credit card (secure line), or by direct bank transfer. An admin fee of 120,00 Danish kroner will be added to the amount due when direct bank transfer is chosen as payment method.
|
|
All payments must to be made in Danish kroner (DKK), and all bank charges in connection with the transfer, must be paid by the person transferring the money.
|
|
A registration will not be considered final until payment has been received in full.
|
|

Step 5 |
Confirmation:
|
When you have finished the payment process, you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been successfully submitted!
|
|
Within a few days you will receive an email containing an official confirmation/invoice. This will be sent from BDP - Congress Service who handles registration on behalf of Copenhagen 2009 World Outgames.
|
|
If you have paid by credit card you will receive a confirmation that will show your registration and your payment. In case you selected payment via direct bank transfer, you will receive an invoice showing the balance due. When your payment via bank transfer has been received we will also send you an email confirmation that will show your registration and your payment.

You can always log in and access your registration summary and your balance due. |
