If you wish to make any changes after the complete rooming list has been sent to BDP, please fill up the Changeform and send it back to BDP: Changeform . A change fee of DKK100.00 will be charged.
In order to guarantee your reservations, a deposit of 25% of the total value is required. 50% of the remaining of payment and the final payment will be settled on 15 March 2009 and 15 May 2009 if not otherwise specified in contract.
Cancellation & Reduction Policy
Before 15 March 2009: 100% of reservation can be cancelled. The deposit less 10% cancellation fee of the total value will be refunded.
Before 15 April 2009: 25% of the total effective reservation can be cancelled.
Before 15 May 2009: 15% of the total effective reservation can be cancelled.
Before 15 June 2009: 5% of the total effective reservation can be cancelled.
From 16 June 2009: Cancellations will be charged in full rates.

Rooming List & Change Fee
Rooming list and Changes of rooming list can be made through the link you will receive from BDP Congress. Rooming list must be submitted before 30 June 2009. Changes of the rooming list are possible before July 15th, 2009 with a change fee DKK200.- applied.
