Price
The price to participate in the conference is 2.000 Danish Kroner.
But if you register before 1 October 2008 you get an Early-Bird discount and the price is only 1.600 Danish Kroner. Use the currency converter to find the price in your own currency.
What you get
The fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials and lunch and coffee during the conference.. And as a participant in the conference you are entitled to reduced fees for participation in other programs and packages (e.g. a sport or a cultural package) as well as special discounts on our many cultural and social events, our workshops and merchandise.
And the price does not just cover the cost for your participation in the conference but your participation in the entire nine day World Outgames program which includes:
- The Opening Ceremony at the Copenhagen town hall and citywide after parties
- World Outgames Village
- Open air performances throughout the city
- The Closing Ceremony at the historic Tivoli gardens
- Cultural and social events – and at least one free of charge
Not to mention that as a participant in World Outgames 2009 you get:
- A participation souvenir
- A transport pass
- Access to selected sports events
- A participant Goody Bag
- Access to hosted/budget housing
- Access to hosted dinner

Financial support
Participants who are unable to pay the conference fee and/or their own travel and accommodation expenses, especially participants from Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America, can apply for the Outreach Program. The deadline for Outreach applications is 1 October 2008.
