Pascal_LepinePascal Lépine is the Secretary General of the International Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

While traveling the world in the early to mid 2000ʼs, Pascal Lépine have made several connections with LGBT business leaders in many different countries. Thanks to his initiative, it was in 2006 that he set in motion the creation of the International Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (IGLCC), which he co-founded with members of organizations from 9 countries.

Back in Canada, he secured the agreement with Montreal International that would provide financial contribution for the first years, bringing the headquarters of the IGLCC to Montreal and officially opening its doors in April of 2007.

Throughout his career as a young businessman, his ultimate goal has always been to give more opportunities to LGBT business men and women, that in creating solid connections between them and the business world in general. This has been his major objective during the three years when he was the president of the Quebec Gay Chamber of Commerce (2004-2007) and it remains unyielding today and for the future of his work with the IGLCC and beyond.

Pascal is socially implicated with several different charitable organizations, from youth to immigration, health and the elder, bringing his expertise in fundraising and his strategic counseling to help many non-profits attain their own goals. He remains the owner of the communications agency Atypic, which he created in 1999 and which continues to grown thanks to his entrepreneurship and a prestigious clientele, both in Quebec and abroad.

He holds a bachelorʼs degree in French studies at the University of Montreal.
